Upsource has been nominated for 2 national awards!

We are so thrilled to say that not only is Upsource a Finalist in the 2022 UKVA Awards for drumroll please… Lead VA with a large team but our very own Caroline Marshall is a Finalist in the Best Business Women Awards 2022 as…Best New Business!

In the two years since Upsource was created, from Caroline’s north London kitchen table, it has been one hell of a ride! It has been a testing time for many small to medium businesses but that this business has flourished is a testament to the sterling work that the Upsource team does and the incredible relationships we build with our clients. 

Upsource’s mission is to help business owners thrive by outsourcing so they can focus on what their business is really about, and what they love doing. But a huge part of the Upsource model is matching fellow women and mother’s with clients and enabling them to work flexibly around their families and passions. We’ve gone from strength to strength, one VA to a team of 25, and it means the world to be recognised, not just a great service provider, but as one that puts its clients and its people first.

The competition in both categories, for both awards (did we mention it was two awards we’re nominated for?) is fierce, with some wonderful women nominated. How great to be in a female only short list for not just the Best Business Women Awards but the UKVA Awards too!

The ceremonies are both on 30th September. Wish us luck! (And be gentle with us on Monday 3rd please!)
