We started working with Caroline and the Upsource team in February 2022. I had worked with a full time EA in the past and had had a great experience of benefiting from that support whilst leading a fast scaling start-up.

For Reframe Technology, I wanted to ensure that I had a VA integrated into how I operated as a leader right from the start and know how this is key to maximizing my effectiveness as the business grows.

In the past, I had very specific ways of working with an EA; Caroline listened to these details and carefully and successfully matched me with my VA, Sian. Sian was completely onboard with my way of working and yet had the confidence to be proactive in proposing and implementing techniques to further increase my productivity.

Sian and I have always had a great dialogue and have fostered a friendly and efficient working relationship. She has added so much value to my time and ways of working.
