We are beyond thrilled to say that Upsource has been shortlisted for Outstanding VA of the Year and Large Team of the Year at the 2023 UKVA Awards. 

Caroline created Upsource from her locked down kitchen table in 2020, won Best Newcomer at the 2021 UKVA Awards and now we are now a near 30-strong team of women, mothers and business women.

Not only that, one of the Upsource team, the fantastic Bev Edwards has been nominated for Best Newcomer herself and we couldn’t be prouder of her!
