Meet the team – Ann

Ann is an experienced and diverse Virtual Assistant who is forward thinking, self-motivated and caring. She has over 30 years’ experience of general and financial administration. She values consistency in standards and has a natural passion for being organised and thorough. Based in Hertfordshire, just north of London, she specialises in Bookkeeping (AAT qualified) and always eager to take on new projects, especially unreconciled accounts. Outside the office, life is always busy too, mum of 3 (and a bit of a mad whippet mummy as well). Her favourite pastimes are socialising with friends and family and attending live music events. A work/life balance is really important and if there is any spare time left, then you’ll probably find her challenging herself with a new adrenalin experience or activity.

What does Upsourcing mean to you?
Freeing up time spent on complicated or tedious tasks enabling me to focus on my strengths and enjoy the tasks I prefer to do.

Being able to transfer certain responsibilities to someone more knowledgeable who can manage associated risks and with higher expertise to improve the quality of work produced.

Being able to scale my business up or down without the need to employ someone.
