Meet the team – Abbie

With a career built from the ground up, Abbie brings a wealth of hands-on operational experience to her role as a Virtual Assistant. Her journey began in retail, including working with Disney in Orlando, before progressing through a well-known jewellery brand and ultimately becoming Head of Operations for an independent business running seven stores across the UK with over 250 team members reporting into her. In this role, she oversaw everything from HR, operations, merchandising, and product buying to senior meetings with reputable brands, developing a sharp, big-picture mindset paired with exceptional attention to detail.

Now based in the Algarve, Portugal, she loves supporting CEOs and growing businesses with calendar and inbox management, event organisation, team support, and creating clear, efficient processes that help businesses run smoothly.

Outside of work, she’s a busy mum to three sons (one aged 10 and twins aged 6), works out daily and is currently training for a HYROX event. She enjoys being outdoors with her family, staying active, and unwinding over a great meal with her husband.
