Meet the team – Laura

Laura is an experienced Executive Assistant and Operations Manager with a diverse background across industries including high-end fashion, property, start-ups, charities, consultancies, and financial services. She works side-by-side with senior leaders to improve how businesses run, streamline processes, and drives to make positive change happen.

Laura is passionate about creating collaborative, happy teams and is widely recognised for her ability to inspire others and build a strong working culture. Her work has been acknowledged through multiple internal and external awards, including the Rising Star award at the PA Hub Awards.

She is particularly known for her talent for “worry translation”, taking the things that keep people awake at night and turning them into clear to-do lists that quietly disappear.

When she’s not working, Laura can usually be found walking with her family in search of waterfalls, taking on escape room challenges, or enjoying time with friends and sometimes hanging off a skyscraper!
